Job description

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to join our Transformation and Simplification Team.
This role will lead end-to-end process analysis and the design of related ICT solutions, with the goal of defining and proposing the most effective architecture and approach to drive convergence and simplification across the complex ecosystem of Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain. The candidate will also play a key role in leading the transformation journey, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and unlock business value. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Proven expertise in process analysis and ICT architecture design
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Business and ICT stakeholders and to lead large cross-functional teams
  • A high sense of accountability and ownership
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics)
  • An open, forward-looking, and strategic mindset (capable of anticipating future trends and challenges)

This role is based in Auburn Hills, MI and is required to be on-site in our HQ building 5 days per week.
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar context and positions.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in budget and resource management.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile)
  • Fluent speaking and writing English
  • Potential backgrounds: Chief Enterprise Architect, Senior Data Scientist, ICT Program Director, or other senior ICT strategy roles.
