Your Responsibilities

AsProduct Engineer for JD Coffeyville Works located in Coffeyville, KS, you will:

  • Design drivetrain components within transmission and gearboxes such as gears, shafts, castings and other components to meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Perform engineering calculations to solve design problems and develop design alternatives
  • Manage design from concept to prototype and through to full production through collaboration with other functional groups
  • Provide technical support to marketing, manufacturing, quality and supply management organizations
  • Develop and execute test and analysis plans for product verification and validation
  • Develop well rounded engineering skills by doing at least one development rotation in a factory engineering roll

  • Mechanical design and analysis skills
  • Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases

  • Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
