Position:ย Device Test Engineer / Product Engineer

Location:ย Birmingham, AL

Job Description:

(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

Minimum 3 years applicable LTE work experience including:

ย  ย  ย  ย Experience in wireless technology related product engineering and/or product developmentย 

ย  ย  ย  ย ย PC experience including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and network compatible application and test tools

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Strong handset hardware and software (Android, iOS, etc.) background

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience with analyzing RF KPIs using industry standard tools

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Software UI experience

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Sound understanding of Push To Talk - PTT (LMR, Tetra, WAVE, Kodiak) including Broadband PTT experience desired

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย PTT Console experience desired

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience with Device Management (DM) preferably with Nokia CDP or IMPACT

Major Job Responsibilities:ย ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Work directly with product vendors to secure latest products and software releases
