Position Summary

Three Notch Group is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a trusted executive advisor and business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The CFO will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership while supporting the organizationโ€™s long-term growth, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and overall business performance. This position is responsible for overseeing the companyโ€™s financial strategy, accounting operations, treasury management, enterprise risk management, ERP systems optimization, and financial governance while fostering innovation, accountability, and scalable growth across the organization.


The essential functions of the CFO are to:

Internal Process Perspective:
