An Engineer In Charge is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects or operations, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. They coordinate with various teams, supervise the work of engineers and technicians, and are often accountable for project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance. The Engineer In Charge acts as the main technical authority on-site and makes critical decisions to resolve any engineering challenges that arise during a project.
