A.R. Mazzotta is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate production planning, manufacturing documentation, and workflow. You'll work across multiple departments to ensure materials, work orders, and manufacturing processes stay aligned, helping deliver high-quality products on time.

In This Role You'll
- Coordinate manufacturing work orders from planning through production
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, travelers, and manufacturing documentation
- Use ERP/MRP systems to organize production flow and maintain accurate manufacturing data
- Partner with Purchasing to ensure materials and outside services arrive when needed
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to keep projects on schedule
- Identify production bottlenecks before they impact delivery
- Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce lead times
Success in This Role Includes
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving production challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments
Experience That Sets You Apart
- Aerospace or precision manufacturing
- High-mix, low-volume production environments
- AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Experience supporting outside processing, suppliers, or production scheduling
