Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee clinical and administrative functions
  • Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise and support staff development
  • Represent the agency in public and private forums
  • Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
