Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. They are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join their talented team as a Senior IT Data Engineer. The role involves implementing and managing cloud-based data systems and hybrid data systems, while utilizing infrastructure as code for data system configuration.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to implement and manage cloud-based data and big data systems including: Amazon Aurora, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift.
• Ability to use infrastructure as code (IaC) such as Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation to build and configure data systems as part of a DevOps program.
• Ability to implement and manage hybrid data systems including a mixture of cloud and on-premises data systems such as MS SQL Server.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least seven years of experience evaluating, working in production environments with cloud data systems, including RDBMs, data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines.
• Ability to implement and manage cloud-based data and big data systems including: Amazon Aurora, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift.
• Ability to use infrastructure as code (IaC) such as Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation to build and configure data systems as part of a DevOps program.
