Job Summary:
As the Engine Shop Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing engine testing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and effectiveness. Your role will involve coordinating test schedules, leading a team of technicians, analyzing test data, and maintaining testing equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead engine testing activities from setup to completion, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate test schedules and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
