We are looking for passionate Technical Operators to work at the heart of our factory, ensuring our high-tech machines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

We operate a highly automated, state-of-the-art facility at the forefront of the graphical  industry. Across our various specialized production departments, the production floor is equipped with a diverse fleet of advanced, next-generation machinery designed for high-precision printing, specialized finishing, and fully automated processing. 

What You Will Do

As a Technical Operator, you are the technical expert and the go-to person for your production line. Regardless of your specific department, your ultimate goal is to keep our high-tech machinery running optimally.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Machine Operation: Efficiently run, monitor, and precisely adjust your machine(s) to hit high quality and production targets.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute weekly/monthly scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent unplanned technical stops.

  • Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and solve first- and second-line technical issues, using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where needed.

  • Coordination & Collaboration: Manage your daily tasks effectively around the maintenance schedule and unexpected breakdowns. You will closely collaborate with your shift team, Supervisor, and the dedicated Maintenance department.

  • Mentorship: Train, instruct, and share your technical knowledge with new operators and colleagues regarding machine operation and adjustments.

  • Safety & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a "Safety First" mindset by following regulations and immediately resolving or reporting hazards. We champion continuous improvementโ€”your ideas to make our processes safer and more efficient are highly valued.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: 1โ€“3 years of proven experience as an [technical oriented] Operator or Technician in a fast-paced, modern production environment.

  • Technical Insight: Strong mechanical and technical skills to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues.

  • Education: A completed technical or graphical education equivalent to Dutch MBO Level 3  or MBO Level 4. If you do not have this diploma but have strong hands-on experience and have developed the right technical skills on the job, we still highly encourage you to apply! 

  • Work Ethic: A proactive, hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and keep a strong focus on workplace safety.

Nice to Have:

  • Specific certifications such as NEN3140, VOP, or machine-specific technical training.

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Autonomous Maintenance).

  • Prior experience in printing technology.

  • Good basic English skills for reading technical manuals and general communication.
