This role is essential to ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and performance for every guest who visits our service center.

Multicare Techs are trained, certified, and hands-on: capable of diagnosing issues, performing complex repairs, and delivering exceptional service with confidence and care.

Multicare Technicians are a vital part of our team. Delivering the advanced skills, attention to detail, and integrity that keep our guests safe and satisfied on the road

Comprehensive Vehicle Inspections

· Carry out thorough visual checks on lights, belts, tires, batteries, and fluid levels, identifying wear or issues before they become major problems

Customer Communication

· Collaborate with the Service Advisor to explain inspection results and recommend the services needed to guests in a professional and informative manner

Specialized System Services

· Execute automatic transmission fluid exchanges, engine coolant replacements, fuel system cleanings, and more using Jiffy Lube-approved tools and procedures

Clean & Safe Work Environment

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, contributing to the overall appearance and efficiency of the service center

Training & Certification:
