Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging with dealers, customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach to customer/dealer outreach and your technical proficiency will be key in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to professionally handle internal and customer-related issues, which may involve collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

1. Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with dealers and customers to understand their needs and preferences.

2. Technical Support

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Outreach

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers/dealers to introduce our products and services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer/dealer accounts.

4. Software Utilization
