We partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders worldwide to successfully deliver complex IT programs and enterprise-scale projects. As an IT Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring technology investments achieve measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of medium, large, and enterprise-level IT projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Hitachi Energy project management methodologies, quality standards, financial objectives, and timeline commitments.
  • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, dependencies, and overall program health to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
  • Identify, assess, quantify, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalation paths.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, communications, and executive status reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple interdependent projects and ensure alignment across program objectives and business priorities.
  • Support organizational change management activities to facilitate successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
  • Integrate vendor activities into project plans, monitor deliverables, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Gather, analyze, and report project performance metrics, lessons learned, and portfolio status to leadership teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead technology planning, implementation, and delivery efforts across global and cross-functional environments.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, programs, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering projects across global teams and managing full project lifecycles from initiation through closure.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/SPPM) Project Management Module.
  • Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, purchase orders, and cost controls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP procurement processes, including purchase order requests, goods receipts, and vendor invoice management.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Gate Model, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives within large enterprise environments.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively.
