    The Bartender/Marketing Model at XS Nightclub is responsible for delivering exceptional Forbes Five-Star guest service while creating, preparing, and serving premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in one of the world’s premier nightlife venues. This position combines luxury hospitality, beverage craftsmanship, entertainment, and professional presentation to create unforgettable guest experiences.

    The Model Bartender serves as both a hospitality professional and brand ambassador for XS Nightclub and Wynn Las Vegas, delivering personalized interactions while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, operational excellence, and appearance. The ideal candidate possesses strong mixology knowledge, thrives in a high-energy environment, and consistently delivers elevated service to VIP, celebrity, and nightlife clientele.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to XS Nightclub recipes, service standards, and presentation guidelines.
    • Deliver personalized and engaging guest interactions while maintaining professionalism and composure in a high-volume environment.
    • Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, champagne, wine, beer, premium mixers, specialty cocktails, and current beverage trends.
    • Recommend beverage selections and upsell premium products, champagne presentations, and VIP bottle service experiences.
    • Execute drink orders accurately, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining quality and speed of service.
    • Participate in nightclub promotional events, media opportunities, venue marketing initiatives, and model presentations as assigned, consistent with historical Wynn model bartender and server ambassador expectations.
    • Process guest payments and maintain accountability for all cash, credit card, and POS transactions.
    • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all responsible alcohol service practices and regulations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including product rotation, garnishes, glassware, and inventory management.
    • Collaborate effectively with Model Cocktail Servers, Server Assistants, Bar Apprentices, Security Officers, Hosts, and Management to ensure seamless nightclub operations.
    • Assist with opening, running, and closing duties, inventory controls, stocking procedures, and bar setup requirements.
    • Attend all required training programs, pre-shift meetings, and departmental briefings.
    • Maintain compliance with Wynn Resorts policies, Clark County Health Department requirements, and Nevada liquor regulations.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a high-volume nightclub, lounge, dayclub, luxury hospitality venue, casino, or resort environment.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards to include Alcohol Awareness, Health Card, Nevada gaming registration, and any licensing required for the position.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, champagne, wine, cocktails, garnishes, and beverage preparation techniques.
    • Strong POS and cash-handling skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Availability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
    • Must actively support venue marketing initiatives, including promoting upcoming events, special events and nightclub programming as directed by management
    • Must assist with guest list development by inviting qualified guests, encouraging attendance and supporting approved guest list procedures
    • Must maintain an active and professional social media presence that aligns with company standards and supports venue marketing goals
    • Must post, share or engage with approved venue content, event announcements and promotional materials as requested by management
    • Must participate in approved marketing events, promotional appearances, networking opportunities and venue-related activations when scheduled
    • Must represent XS Nightclub professionally both on property and off property while supporting brand awareness, guest engagement and event promotion

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous model, promotional, presenter, influencer, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
    • Previous nightclub VIP bottle service experience preferred.
    • Mixology training or certification preferred.
    • Experience in Forbes Five-Star or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
    • Fluency in a second language is a plus.

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently up to 10 hours per shift.
    • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
    • Must be able to work efficiently in a loud, fast-paced nightclub environment with large crowds, flashing lights, and live entertainment.
    • Ability to work both indoor and outdoor venue spaces when operational needs require.
    • Ability to work in a smoking environment.
