Job Summary
Provides enterprise leadership, strategy, and operational oversight for End User Computing (EUC) Services across Prisma Health. This role is accountable for delivering a standardized, scalable, and high-quality end-user technology experience across all markets, including SC Upstate, SC Midlands, and East TN.
End User Computing Services includes enterprise ownership of endpoint infrastructure, desktop engineering, field support services, mobility technologies, peripheral device management, and end-user support and recovery functions. This role ensures alignment between architecture, engineering, and field execution to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support clinical and business operations.
Leads a distributed, market-aligned support model with centralized engineering capabilities, driving standardization, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Essential Functions

  • Defines and leads the enterprise End User Computing (EUC) strategy, including endpoint architecture, desktop engineering, mobility platforms, and end-user experience delivery.
  • Oversees all field support services across SC Upstate, SC Midlands, and East TN markets, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational standards, and performance outcomes.
  • Leads Client Engineering function responsible for endpoint architecture, device standards, software packaging, and deployment frameworks.
  • Establishes and governs enterprise device lifecycle management, including provisioning, refresh cycles, asset management, and automation strategies.
  • Provides leadership over mobility technologies and peripheral device ecosystems, ensuring integration, supportability, and alignment to enterprise standards.
  • Drives end-user support and recovery capabilities, including incident response, service restoration, and root cause analysis aligned with ITSM practices.
  • Leads and develops a multi-market leadership structure, including Market Field Engineering Managers and the Manager of Client Engineering.
  • Partners with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders to align EUC capabilities with organizational priorities and evolving care delivery models.
  • Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics for endpoint technologies, support services, and mobility platforms.
  • Develops and manages operational and capital budgets supporting EUC services, including device lifecycle investments and field operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
  • Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have two or more direct reports.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience - 8-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, Experience leading End User Computing, endpoint engineering, or workplace technology services in a large, multi-site organization. Demonstrated experience managing geographically distributed teams

  • In lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, the following combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered an equivalent substitution: Equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and directly related experience may be considered.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
  • Required: none
  • Preferred: ITIL, Microsoft endpoint, or Mobility Management certifications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of End User Computing platforms, endpoint management, and enterprise device ecosystems (Required)
  • Experience with modern device management (MDM/MAM, Intune or equivalent) (Required)
  • Ability to lead large, distributed operational teams across multiple markets (Required)
  • Strong vendor management and financial oversight capabilities (Required)
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills (Required)
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments (Preferred)
