About the Opportunity:
Our Olympia Care Center is a well-established, physician-led gastroenterology practice serving a five-county region in western Washington. The group includes 11 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers, operating out of one clinic location, a state-of-the-art four-room outpatient endoscopy center, and one hospital located one block from the clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected GI group in the Pacific Northwest, offering a collaborative culture, strong referral base, and a clear path to partnership.
Practice Highlights
  • Over 20 years of established referrals in the local market
  • Highly skilled APPs (ARNPs and PA-Cs) manage their own patient panels with structured mentoring, regular oversight, and GI-specific education
  • State-of-the-art outpatient endoscopy center with inline CO₂ and full CRNA-supported MAC anesthesia
  • Endoscopy time is evenly shared among physicians

Schedule & Call
  • Standard schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week
