Job description

Well established endodontic practice centrally located between Baltimore and Washington DC seeks a personable, motivated endodontist for associateship leading to partnership. Our brand new five chair practice is equipped with digital workflow, microscopes, CBCT imaging and Gentle Wave irrigation system. We enjoy a stellar reputation in the area with our patient-centric approach to care that is firmly grounded in biological principles of endodontic science. 
The board-certified doctors in the office are active in academia and continuing education - mentoring the new associate is therefore assured.  We seek this individual who will be fully engaged in all aspects of running a practice. Our foremost goal is to uphold the excellent standard of care that attract our patients to us and that we are known for in the community. We would expect our new colleague to then learn the administrative and marketing aspects of the office and involve themselves in creating steadfast relationships with existing and new referring dentists.
