Qualifications
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada
  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain relationships with referring providers
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary:
    • $15,000/month for 3 days/week (first 3 months)
    • $20,000/month for 4 days/week (first 3 months)
  • Production-based compensation: 45% of adjusted collections, with realistic potential to exceed base within 3 months
  • 401(k) participation available after 1 year of employment
  • Flexible scheduling with a typical work week of 3–4 days and 4 weeks of time off per year
  • Shared call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month
