    • - Provide a full range of endocrinology services - Split time between outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
  • Team Composition:
    • - Join a multidisciplinary team of six Endocrinologists, two Diabetologists, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacist, Care Managers, RNs, Diabetes Educators, and other staff - Supported by a large Primary Care network with 82+ sites of care Essential Functions
  • Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients and their significant others
  • Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care while ensuring consistent coverage of the caseload
  • Collaborate in the development of policies and procedures related to medical practice and quality patient care
  • Oversee care provided by Advanced Practice Providers and other delegated team members
