Overview:
MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Permanent Certified Surgical Technologist to support surgeons and ensure safe, efficient procedures. The role involves maintaining a sterile environment, assisting with technical functions, and managing OR supplies and equipment. $7,500 sign on bonus
Starting Pay: $30.00 an hour
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Summary:
  • The Certified Surgical Technologist supports surgeons during procedures and maintain a sterile field.
  • Prepare and manage OR rooms, supplies, and equipment.
  • The Certified Surgical Technologist assists with patient positioning, prepping, and surgical site verification.
  • Perform instrument counts, handle specimens, and assist with cleaning and sterilization.
  • Work Setting: Inpatient
  • Shift Differentials: $6.00 night shift differential, stackable with $4.00 weekend differential, and a $1.25 evening differential
  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Qualifications:
  • 5 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
  • Proficiency in endo-vein harvesting preferred (CVOR staffing).
  • Ability to teach endo-vein harvesting techniques preferred.
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Licenses/Certifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
  • Certification from NBSTSA or equivalent.
  • 20 CEUs per year.
