We are seeking an experienced and personable Residential Plumber to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Residential Plumber will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services to both new construction and existing residential properties. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-end residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to represent Hamilton with exceptional service and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
  • Install plumbing systems in new residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining work performed, answering questions, and offering solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and respect customers' homes and property.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience (service and new construction).
  • Current plumbing license or certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele.
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in high-end residential properties.
  • Cross-training in other trades (electrical or HVAC) is a plus.
Work Environment / Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (7:45 am to 4:30 pm) with occasional emergency calls or weekend work as needed.
  • Primarily field work, driving to customer homes and construction sites.
  • Seeking dedicated, long-term team members who are eager to grow and advance within the company.
