Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Systems Technician II to provide support in desktop and end-user computing. The role involves installing and troubleshooting personal computer hardware and software, as well as network hardware and software.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Equivalent to two (2) years of college level course work in computer science; information systems or a field related to the work
• Two (2) years of full-time experience in installing and troubleshooting personal computer hardware and software
• One (1) year of full-time experience in installing and troubleshooting personal computer and network hardware and software
Preferred:
• Possession of a four-year degree in an appropriate field
