End user computing specialist or System specialist
Location: Ontario, CA
Duration: Long Term
Job Description :
The End User Computing (EUC) Specialist is responsible for delivering, maintaining, and supporting the desktop and workplace computing environment. This includes managing hardware, software, user devices, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and standard business applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and related tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain end-user computing standards and policies
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and participate in asset lifecycle management
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes by setting up user devices and access
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in knowledge base
