HMD Trucking is Now Hiring OTR CDL-A Company Truck Drivers!OTR Solo Drivers Earn $1,320 - $2,100 per WeekOTR Team Drivers Earn $3,200 - $4,500 per Week Split


HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for OTR Dry Van positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile!


Compensation & Bonuses:
  • OTR Solo Drivers:
    • Base pay: 60 CPM
    • Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
    • Weekly pay range: $1,320 - $2,100
    • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
    • 99% no-touch freight
  • OTR Team Drivers:
    • Base pay: 77 CPM
    • Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
    • Weekly pay range: $3,200 - $4,500 (split)
    • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
    • 99% no-touch freight

As an HMD driver, you’ll be working for an established, privately-owned freight hauling company with industry-leading shippers among its clients and a unique family-like atmosphere in the back office and on the road. To that end, we offer a variety of OTR and other successful driving jobs to choose from so that nobody’s talent goes unnoticed and is put to the best use possible. 


Equipment:

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579, Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:


  • Automatic transmission
  • High-roof sleeper cabins
  • Inverters and diesel-powered APUs
  • Mini fridges and storage
  • Comfortable combo sleeper
  • Removable rider seat


Qualifications:
  • Active CDL Class A license
  • 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
