Descripción general

Brindar asesoría profesional a los clientes actuales y potenciales, para generar ventas efectivas y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas fijados por la empresa; siguiendo un proceso a través del cual, prospecta clientes, identifica necesidades, diseña una propuesta de servicios a la medida, brinda seguimiento y servicio post venta que garantice la fidelización de los clientes. Realizar visitas en representación del Cliente de Gustazos a los comercios asignados. Orientar los clientes sobre los servicios y productos ofrecidos, manejar las objeciones y realizar los esfuerzos de ventas. Completar las encuestas relacionadas a las visitas realizadas. Garantizar una experiencia de servicio satisfactoria para el cliente.

Responsabilidades y COMPETENCIAS
  • Ofrecer asesoramiento sobre los productos y servicio a los clientes.
  • Aumentar y brindar seguimiento a la carpeta de clientes.
  • Lograr ventas efectivas.
  • Enviar el formulario de visita diariamente.
  • Reportar cualquier situación o anomalía surgida en las visitas.
  • Estar orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Apariencia profesional y excelente dicción.
  • Seguimiento y negociación con los clientes.
  • Excelencia y calidad en el servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad de planificación y organización (Manejo eficiente del tiempo).
  • Buena comunicación verbal y escrita, interpersonal y solución de problemas.
  • Poseer alto profesionalismo y habilidad de trato a los clientes.
  • Manejo de tiempo, puntualidad y sentido de urgencia.
  • Dinámico y extrovertido con excelentes capacidades interpersonales.
  • Toda u otra tarea designada por su supervisora o encargado no limitada a lo antes mencionado.
Requisitos de experiencia laboral
  • Vehículo propio en buen estado
  • Licencia de conducir vigente
  • Equipo celular
  • Experiencia y capacitación en estrategias de ventas y servicio al cliente.
Requisitos académicos
  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas.
DEMANDAS
  • Trabajo mayormente en la calle realizando visitas.
  • Sentado guiando entre 6 horas aproximadamente para poder cumplir con éxito sus funciones esenciales.
  • Expuesto a uso de equipo electrónico en todo momento para realizar sus funciones.
  • Se requiere visión, hablar y escuchar para ejecutar sus funciones y capaz de ser entendido.
