Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Position Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Pay Range: 130-170K DOE

Founded in 1986, Enchanté Accessories Inc. is an industry leader in consumer products with a diverse portfolio of brands and product divisions. In 2025, Enchanté acquired NUDESTIX, a globally recognized beauty brand with a strong wholesale and retail presence. As part of this next phase of growth, we are investing in building a scalable, profitable direct-to-consumer (DTC) business across the U.S. and Canada.

We are seeking a Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) to lead and scale NUDESTIX’s ecommerce business and own its performance end-to-end.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our fast-paced company is seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of DTC to manage and grow our e-commerce channel. This role owns the DTC business from strategy through execution, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and performance.

  • Own the end-to-end DTC P&L, including revenue, contribution margin, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute a scalable DTC growth strategy across U.S. and Canada markets
  • Set short- and long-term plans, including quarterly and annual growth roadmaps
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategy across paid media channels, ensuring decisions are grounded in unit economics and LTV
  • Partner with creative and performance teams to optimize funnels, offers, and conversion rates
  • Own the ecommerce storefront experience, including PDPs, landing pages, and checkout flows
  • Drive CRO initiatives to improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall site performance
  • Lead retention and lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and repeat purchase programs
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing DTC team
  • Manage external agencies and vendors and hold them accountable to clear KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, operations, and finance teams
  • Perform related duties as assigned


COMPETENCIES

  • Beauty Industry experience is a plus
  • Proven experience scaling a DTC business from approximately $1–5M to $10M+ in annual revenue
  • Experience managing paid media at a strategic level
  • Prior experience in beauty, consumer products, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong ecommerce and DTC business acumen
  • Proven ability to own and manage a P&L
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

7-10+ year(s) of related experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer role
