BODY20 Dr. Phillips is seeking an energetic and client-focused Pilates/Yoga Instructor to join our growing team and help lead BODY20 TONE, our newly launched EMS-based training program combining Pilates, yoga, and functional movement with advanced electrical muscle stimulation technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for an instructor who is passionate about wellness, enjoys building a community, and is excited to learn a new approach to fitness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience teaching Pilates and yoga
  • Strong understanding of proper form, movement, mobility, and class safety
  • Willingness and ability to learn EMS technology and become a BODY20 TONE-certified trainer
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable leading individuals and small groups
  • Strong social media presence and ability to promote classes through Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create a welcoming experience that encourages client retention and referrals
  • Willingness to attend community, networking, and marketing events
  • Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable contributing to studio growth
Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients
  • Encourage class participation, referrals, and long-term client engagement
  • Create and participate in social media content promoting classes, instructors, and studio events
  • Help attract new clients through personal outreach and social media promotion
  • Represent BODY20 Dr. Phillips at community and marketing events
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and high-energy studio environment
