Position Overview: As a Fitness Coach specializing in EMS technology at Body20, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through tailored fitness programs that utilize the benefits of EMS. In addition to EMS training, our studio offers Tone, a signature class blending Pilates, barre method, and yoga — so we're looking for a coach who can bring a Pilates-informed approach to both our EMS sessions and our Tone programming. Your passion for health and wellness will motivate clients to reach their goals and thrive in their fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support, creating personalized fitness programs that incorporate EMS technology.
  • Lead and support our Tone class, blending Pilates, barre, and yoga principles to build strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and application of EMS, ensuring they understand how it enhances their workouts.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to maximize results.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track client metrics to measure progress.
  • Participate in community events to promote Body20 and engage with the wellness community.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching or personal training; EMS training experience is a plus.
  • Pilates background and hands-on teaching experience required; Pilates certification (e.g., PMA-certified, mat or reformer) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with barre and/or yoga instruction is a plus.
  • Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others thrive.
