Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager focusing on IT Consulting or contract IT staffing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the temporary hiring market. Your primary goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and strategically grow our contract staffing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts to drive growth in our IT Consulting / Contract IT staffing division.
- Identify and target new clients interested in temporary hiring solutions.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, emphasizing our contract staffing offerings.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and social media, to engage prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage collective strengths.
- Source top-tier hiring managers and decision-makers interested in temporary staffing solutions.
- Drive negotiations and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in the contract staffing segment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of successful experience in sales or business development roles within IT Consulting or contract IT staffing.
- Track record of selling temporary staffing solutions to clients across diverse industries.
- Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the contract staffing market.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth in the temporary hiring sector.
- Proficiency in contingent labor/contract staffing and direct hire placements.
- Ability to effectively prospect, convert leads, and maintain client relationships specifically in the temporary hiring space.
