Warehouse Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative with experience in logistics, dispatching, and call center operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate transportation and scheduling activities, and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor schedules, routes, and shipment statuses while providing updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, dispatch activities, and service requests.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track deliveries, appointments, and service completion to meet company standards.
