Job description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage and supervise Day Program and Supported Employment program for people with developmental disabilities.

You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of these programs. You will supervise program staff and inform management on progress and performance.

A successful program manager must have a broad knowledge of program management principles, and direct practical knowledge and experience in Day program Fee- For-Service program and Supported Employment for individuals with developmental disabilities, NJDDD experience and relevant Employment Specialist experience.

They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates.

Ensures program documentation and daily activity logs are prepared , kept, maintain and updated.

Report directly to the director of Services.

Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
