What You Will Do

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees, helping them understand and maximize their benefits while partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of HR functions, including business administration, disability and leave management, retirement plan support, compliance initiatives, and employee communications.

You will have primary responsibility for one or more of the below activities and provide backup support for others: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit questions and support.
  • Partner with benefit providers and administrators to resolve issues and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Support ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, disability, workers’ compensation, and leave administration processes.
  • Assist with benefit audits, retirement plan audits, reconciliations, and benefit-related transactions.
  • Help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the efficient administration of medical, dental, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is expected. 

 

What You Need to Succeed:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, prior HR experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of benefit administration and employee-related regulations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with COBRA and FMLA laws preferred. 
  • Proven prompt and regular attendance
