  • Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen - per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Annahme, Prüfung und Dokumentation eingereichter Sammlerstücke mit Blick fürs Detail
  • Aktive Aufbau und Pflege unserer Kundenbeziehungen im In- und Ausland
  • Unterstützung bei Abrechnungs- und Zahlungsvorgängen in enger Teamarbeit
  • Souveräne Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Anliegen im Rahmen eines serviceorientierten Beschwerdemanagements

We are looking to strengthen our team at our Munich location and are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to start immediately.

Your responsibilities:
  • Contact person for our customers - via email and telephone
  • Receiving, examining, and documenting submitted collectibles with meticulous attention to detail
  • Actively building and maintaining customer relationships both domestically and internationally
  • Supporting invoicing and payment processes in close teamwork
  • Handling complaints and requests professionally within a service-oriented complaint management system
  • Participating in day-to-day operations related to organization, administration, and sales
  • Attending trade fairs and events to actively represent our company

What you bring to the table:
  • Completed commercial training or at least two years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and open to new tools and systems
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong customer and service orientation combined with structure, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
  • Initiative and a high level of commitment
