Job Description:

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by managing the organization, cleanliness, and safe handling of inventory and materials. This role is responsible for receiving and delivering inventory, maintaining accurate records of materials distributed to job sites, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Warehouse Assistant works closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to support efficient workflows and collaborates with site staff and crew members to meet daily project needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Managing organization of the warehouse
  • Ensure warehouses are clean and organized to comply with safety regulations
  • Accept inventory deliveries
  • Pull and deliver inventory per order
  • Check in and out with appropriate site staff and receive sign off on delivered materials
  • Use and operate forklifts per OSHA standards
  • Work with procurement division and Operations for efficient operations
  • Lift and manage material/inventory in a safe manner
  • Work with crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effort
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervision

What You Bring:

  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and critical thinking
  • Willing and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervision
  • Possess a phone and willing to use to communicate with team and site supervision
