Job description

Provider Relations Representative
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid after probationary period)
Location: Phoenix area (Arizona residency required)

Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping healthcare offices succeed? As EMI Health’s Provider Relations Representative, you’ll work directly with provider offices across Arizona—bringing new providers into our network and supporting strong, long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit new provider offices to join EMI Health’s network
  • Travel across Arizona to meet with providers and maintain relationships
  • Help new providers get set up through onboarding and orientation
  • Serve as a main contact for providers and practice managers—answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Work with internal teams on projects that improve the provider experience

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare contracting or working with provider offices (preferred)
  • Comfortable traveling within Arizona
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your day independently
  • Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
  • Great relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
