What You'll Do

As our Service Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a fast-paced service department while creating an outstanding experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

  • Drive department profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure customers receive clear communication regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, pricing, and timelines.

  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate service department personnel.

  • Establish department goals, budgets, and performance objectives while implementing strategies for continued growth.

  • Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores by resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

  • Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer programs, and emerging automotive technologies.

  • Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive Service Manager experience

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills

  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience managing departmental performance, budgets, and profitability

  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for developing people

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
