Job description

The Nascence Group is seeking a Project Manager who will serve as Nascence's principal on-site representative and will have full authority to act for the company on all matters relating to contract performance.Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-HickamDuration: FulltimePrimary ResponsibilitiesDirect the overall execution of the facilities and lighting maintenance contract across Oahu.Manage personnel, specialty trades, subcontractors, schedules, service orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and contract deliverables.Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, installation representatives, and Nascence leadership.Coordinate work involving HEMP shelters, photovoltaic and solar-hot-water systems, water systems, UPS equipment, lighting, filters, security doors, and reverse-osmosis systems.Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, staffing commitments, schedules, safety requirements, quality requirements, and reporting obligations.Coordinate mobilization, transition, workforce coverage, emergency response, and continuity of operations.Required Qualifications and AvailabilityAt least three years of experience managing a workforce performing contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.Relevant management experience in facility and lighting maintenance and repair services.Must be centrally located on-site during the Government's regular working hours.Must be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours.Must provide one to five qualifying project examples and complete Attachment L-2 for each proposed project.Experience RequirementThe candidate must have at least three years of relevant management experience and must have participated in and managed work on one or more projects of similar size, scope, complexity, and magnitude to this facilities and lighting maintenance requirement.Equal Employment Opportunity: Nascence Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
