About the Opportunity

As NG Windows continues to grow, we are seeking a Customer Experience Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

This role serves as the primary liaison between our customers, installation teams, and internal operations staff. You'll oversee projects through completion, proactively communicate with customers, resolve issues quickly, and help ensure every homeowner receives the level of service that has made NG Windows a trusted name in the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation and project completion
  • Coordinate communication between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct final project walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor project quality and ensure installations meet company standards
  • Document project progress, issues, and resolutions within Salesforce
  • Create and manage work orders and change orders as needed
  • Assist with payment collection and project closeout activities
  • Support warehouse and operational activities when needed
  • Maintain company vehicle and uphold company standards of professionalism
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for customer service and emergency project support

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in window and door installation, service, construction management, or related field
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable work ethic and commitment to excellence
