We are currently hiring a Drain Technician to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. We only consider candidates believed to be team players who will help us fulfill our mission of exceeding our customer's expectations.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspect, diagnose and clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetters, & other equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to keep drainage systems clear and functioning
  • Perform sewer camera inspections to identify issues such as breaks, roots, or bellies
  • Respond to emergency drain calls, including blockages, backups, and flooding, providing immediate service and troubleshooting
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Repair or replace drain and sewer lines as needed (minor repairs or assisting with larger excavations)
  • Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule

Requirements

  • Drain cleaning experience (2+ years)
  • Jetting experience a plus
  • Valid plumbing apprenticeship (may obtain upon hire)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.
