Your Role

The Nurse Practitioner position requires collaboration with physicians and other members of our medical team to ensure high-quality healthcare for adults. This role includes providing preventative care, treating acute conditions, and supporting the unique needs of the community through occupational medicine and wellness services.

What You'll Do

  • Provide general and preventative care to help patients stay proactive about their health.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy and precision.
  • Perform wellness exams, giving patients the guidance they need to live healthier lives.
  • Order and interpret lab and imaging tests to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Prescribe medications and make sure patients have clear instructions for their treatment plans.
  • Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing, including DOT and non-DOT physicals.
  • Care for workers' compensation patients, focusing on their recovery and wellness.
  • Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.
  • Collaborate with your team to review clinical practices and explore ways to improve patient care.
  • Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families to manage their health confidently.
  • Support a team-first environment by helping wherever needed to enhance the clinic's operations.

Position Details & Work Environment

  • Schedule: 3-2 Split Rotation requiring working every other weekend
  • Work Environment: Warm, friendly, and patient-focused clinic setting.
  • Frequently lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds.
  • Requires active participation beyond desk work.

  • Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
