We are looking for a deeply compassionate and growth-minded Child & Family Therapist to join our dynamic team in Springfield, Oregon. This role focuses on walking alongside young children (ages 0-9) and their families as they move through the challenges of childhood and parenting, offering care that is thoughtful, creative, and clinically grounded. Across settings, from in-office to community-based to telehealth, you will help create moments of safety and connection that support lasting resilience and change.

The Role
This is afull-time (40 hours/week) position with a 20 counseling hour expectation, designed to support both sustainability and excellent clinical outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and play therapy to children and caregivers, in-office, in the community, or via telehealth.
- Develop thoughtful, strengths-based treatment plans grounded in assessment
- Maintain timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and community supports
- Engage in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing learning
- Maintain clear, timely documentation within our EMR system
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical, trauma-informed care
Who You Are
You are someone who:
- Feels called to work with children and families at a deep, relational level
- Values trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care
- Balances independence with a desire to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team
- Is committed to both clinical excellence and personal growth
Required:
- Master's degree (or higher) in a behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy to children and families
- Active Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT or LSCW
- Or Eligible for associate registration in LPC or LMFT
Bonus if you bring:
- Perinatal or Early childhood expertise (ages 0-5)
- Training in play therapy, PCIT, EMDR, DBT, or CBT
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a Big Plus
- Strong knowledge of community and family systems
Compensation
We believe in transparent, rewarding compensation that honors your work:
Registered Associates:
- $52,500 during onboarding (first 3 months)
- $63,000 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week
- $85 per additional hour bonus above 20/week
- Potential to exceed $100K annually
Licensed Therapists:
- $63,000 during onboarding (first 3 months)
- $72,500 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week
- $95 per stat hour bonus above 20/week
- Potential to earn $110K+ annually
