This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and ease of scheduling. You will be provided with modern technology platforms to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring that you can connect with clients comfortably and effectively. Our virtual workspace promotes collaboration among counselors, featuring regular team meetings, consultation groups, and access to in-house supervision to enhance your professional development and expertise.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide bi-weekly therapy sessions, maintaining consistency and adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support clients in their healing process.
• Assess safety concerns and intervene during crises, ensuring the well-being of clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors through ongoing consultations and referrals, fostering a supportive professional network.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in in-house and external training opportunities.

You will work primarily with adults, children, adolescents, and families, focusing on those who have experienced trauma or exhibit symptoms of PTSD. Our client population often faces unique challenges related to mental health, and your role will involve understanding and addressing these issues through a trauma-informed lens. This position requires a delicate balance of empathy, skill, and ethical decision-making to create a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (required); Master's Degree preferred.
• Current licensure in Oregon as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to apply trauma-informed methodologies in therapeutic settings.
• Proficient in using computer programs for documentation and telehealth services.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a genuine passion for working within the trauma domain. Experience with EMDR, IFS, or similar trauma-focused therapeutic approaches is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to operate independently while maintaining a commitment to client advocacy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. Our benefits include:
