Impireum Psychiatric Group is a physician-led NeuroWellness practice integrating psychiatry, psychotherapy, ADHD testing, neurofeedback, Spravato (esketamine), EMDR, IV hydration therapy, and wellness services into one coordinated treatment model.

We're expanding across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and are seeking exceptional PMHNP-BCs who want to help build the future of integrated behavioral healthcare.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
  • Develop individualized medication management plans
  • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC)
  • Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists
  • Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active PMHNP-BC certification
  • Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state
  • DEA registration or eligibility

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-state licensure
  • Child & adolescent experience
  • Adult psychiatry experience
  • Telepsychiatry experience
  • Integrated behavioral health experience
  • Experience working with underserved populations
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
