A well-established, physician-led fertility practice in Manhattan is seeking an accomplished Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Physician to join its growing clinical team.

The incoming physician will join an established patient base and work from a premier Manhattan fertility center equipped with onsite IVF, andrology, and endocrinology laboratories, modern operating suites, experienced procedural staff, and a multidisciplinary fertility team.

The Role

The Reproductive Endocrinologist will provide comprehensive fertility evaluation and treatment for individuals and couples navigating infertility, fertility preservation, and complex reproductive conditions.

You will have the resources to manage patients across the full continuum of fertility care while collaborating closely with embryologists, andrologists, nurses, advanced practice providers, laboratory professionals, and administrative leadership.

The practice is looking for a physician who combines strong clinical judgment with an approachable, reassuring bedside manner and who values long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals and couples experiencing infertility
• Conduct comprehensive reproductive and fertility consultations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Manage assisted reproductive technology and IVF cycles
• Oversee ovarian stimulation, monitoring, medication adjustments, and cycle planning
• Perform oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers
• Perform intrauterine insemination procedures
• Provide fertility-preservation counseling and treatment
• Manage egg and embryo freezing cases
• Treat patients with diminished ovarian reserve
• Manage recurrent pregnancy loss and previous unsuccessful IVF cycles
• Support donor egg, donor sperm, gestational carrier, and LGBTQ+ family-building cases
• Perform hysteroscopy and other reproductive procedures within clinical privileges
• Provide reproductive surgical care when appropriate based on training and experience
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with embryology, laboratory, nursing, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical program development
• Contribute to the continued growth of the fertility program

QualificationsRequired

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility environment

Highly Preferred

• Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• IVF and assisted reproductive technology experience
• Experience with oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers
• Experience managing complex fertility cases
• Reproductive surgery experience
• Three or more years of fertility or complex gynecologic experience
• Private-practice or high-touch patient care experience
• Experience treating diverse national and international patient populations

Expanded Physician Consideration

While fellowship-trained REI physicians are strongly preferred, the practice is also willing to consider an exceptional Board-Certified OB/GYN with significant reproductive surgery experience and a serious commitment to fertility medicine.

Additional assisted reproductive technology training may be discussed depending on the physician's background, procedural experience, and overall clinical alignment.

Practice Environment

The physician's primary clinical home will be a premier fertility facility in Manhattan.

The practice has also expanded into Long Island with a satellite location focused primarily on monitoring and laboratory services, with minimal routine physician presence required.

An additional Manhattan fertility center is currently being developed as part of the organization's continued expansion.
