Build the Next Chapter of Fertility Care in New York City

An established, physician-led fertility center is seeking a compassionate and clinically accomplished Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Physician to join its growing team in Manhattan.

This opportunity offers the resources and patient volume of an established fertility program alongside the autonomy and visibility of an independent organization. The physician will practice from a sophisticated Park Avenue facility featuring operating suites, experienced procedural staff, and onsite IVF, andrology, and endocrinology laboratories.

The organization recently opened a satellite monitoring office in Great Neck and is currently designing an additional Manhattan facility on Madison Avenue. The incoming physician will join the practice during an exciting period of growth and will have opportunities to contribute to its clinical direction and continued expansion.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Base compensation of $350,000–$450,000+, depending on experience
  • Additional performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Compensation flexibility for a highly experienced physician
  • Relocation assistance
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid time off, life insurance, and retirement benefits
  • Established patient population and referral network
  • Onsite IVF, andrology, and endocrinology laboratories
  • Modern operating suites with experienced clinical support
  • Direct access to practice ownership and executive leadership
  • Potential leadership, program-development, and partnership opportunities
  • Expanding presence across Manhattan and Long Island
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate individuals and couples experiencing infertility.
  • Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based reproductive treatment plans.
  • Manage assisted reproductive technology cycles, including ovarian stimulation, monitoring, medication adjustments, and treatment planning.
  • Perform fertility procedures within the physician’s training and privileges, including:
    • Intrauterine insemination
    • Oocyte retrieval
    • Embryo transfer
    • Hysteroscopy
    • Dilation and curettage
    • Laparoscopy
    • Myomectomy
    • Related reproductive and gynecologic procedures
  • Provide fertility-preservation counseling and treatment, including egg and embryo freezing.
  • Manage complex fertility cases, including diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent pregnancy loss, and previous unsuccessful IVF cycles.
  • Support donor-egg, donor-sperm, gestational-carrier, and LGBTQ+ family-building cases.
  • Clearly educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, risks, alternatives, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, laboratory professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold all applicable medical, ethical, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to clinical quality improvement, program development, and organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active, unrestricted New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
  • Active or eligible DEA registration
  • Current life-support certification appropriate to the clinical scope
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary fertility environment
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
  • Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
  • Experience managing IVF cycles and assisted reproductive technology protocols
  • Experience performing egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and related fertility procedures
  • Three or more years of fertility, reproductive surgery, or complex gynecologic experience
  • Experience within a private-practice or high-touch patient environment
  • Experience treating culturally diverse, national, or international patient populations
Expanded Candidate Consideration

Exceptional board-certified OB/GYN physicians with meaningful reproductive surgery experience and a strong commitment to fertility medicine may also be considered.

The practice can discuss additional assisted reproductive technology training based on the physician’s clinical background, procedural experience, and overall alignment with the organization.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $350,000–$450,000+
  • Flexibility above the stated range for an exceptional senior physician
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Retirement benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Life insurance
  • Relocation assistance
  • Potential leadership and partnership discussions with practice ownership
Practice Locations and Expansion

The physician’s primary clinical home will be the organization’s Park Avenue facility in Manhattan.

The recently opened Great Neck satellite office is primarily used for monitoring and blood work and requires little to no routine physician presence.

An additional Madison Avenue fertility center is currently in the design phase and is expected to support the organization’s continued expansion in New York City.

The Ideal Physician

The ideal candidate combines excellent clinical judgment with an approachable and reassuring bedside manner. This physician should enjoy patient education, multidisciplinary teamwork, and helping individuals and families navigate an emotionally significant healthcare journey.

The successful candidate will be interested in more than simply joining another practice. They will want to contribute to an expanding fertility program, build meaningful patient relationships, and explore long-term leadership or partnership possibilities.

Confidential Consideration

All inquiries will be handled confidentially. Candidate information will not be presented to the practice without prior authorization.

Qualified physicians are encouraged to apply or request a private introductory conversation to discuss the clinical expectations, compensation structure, location, timing, and long-term opportunity
