20 hours/week maximum
Description of Primary Duties
The McDonald Entrepreneurship Labs, housed in the Management Department in Glass Hall, is searching for new Operations Assistants to help with our daily business operations. Responsibilities may include:
  • Helping keep shared areas clean and organized.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
  • Learning and operating Lab equipment, including but not limited to laser engravers, embroidery machines, heat press machines, coffee grinders, and coffee packaging machines.
  • Preparing orders and shipping
  • Counting inventory
  • Updating marketing materials, social media pages, and websites.
  • Assisting with on-site pop-up events.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
