About the role
The embroidery operator accurately decorates items in adherence to Brand Junkie quality standards while maintaining consistent production goals.
What you'll do
  • Operates embroidery machinery following all safety protocols.
  • Reviews all paperwork to accurately decorate items - any decoration/paperwork questions should be addressed with supervisor prior to starting an order.
  • Adjusts thread colors, needles, and regulates machine settings to ensure quality standards are preserved.
  • Carefully hoop and position items on machine during decoration process to prevent damages.
  • Observes decoration process to detect defects in embroidery application indicating malfunction.
  • Communicates all machine malfunctions to supervisor. May repair defective embroidery left by machine only when approved by supervisor.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Complies with all company standards as outlined in employee handbook.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience operating embroidery machinery or working in a textile/garment production environment required.
  • Familiarity with embroidery techniques, thread types, and machine settings is a plus.
  • Ability to operate embroidery machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
  • Capable of adjusting thread colors, needles, and machine settings to meet quality standards.
  • May perform minor repairs on defective embroidery with supervisor approval; maintains clean and organized work area.
  • Effectively communicates with supervisors regarding machine issues, decoration questions, or production concerns.

The pay range for this role is:
17 - 19 USD per hour (Cypress - Main Building)
