Job description

Minnesota Imprints is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our first-shift production team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. For the right candidate, there is potential to grow.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines
  • Load designs and select the correct threads, hoops, backing, and machine settings
  • Hoop garments accurately and maintain proper logo placement
  • Monitor production runs and make adjustments as needed
  • Identify and troubleshoot common embroidery and machine issues
  • Inspect finished products for quality, placement, and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Keep the work area organized and help production stay on schedule
  • Assist with training and workflow management as the role develops

Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial embroidery machine experience is required
  • ZSK machine experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to troubleshoot embroidery and production issues
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Ability to work on your feet and handle boxes or garments throughout the shift
