What You’ll Do

As our Creative Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing custom artwork for apparel, promotional products, and signage that aligns with client needs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, creative, and production-ready.
- Preparing and optimizing files for various production methods, including screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing.
- Staying up-to-date on design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and creativity of our offerings.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

-2 days per week, 8 hour per day to start

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a creative professional with:
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in vector design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.
- The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
