Your Role
  • Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology following established protocols.
  • Examine results meticulously for accuracy, address any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
  • Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for further testing when required.
  • Document each lab procedure comprehensively, aid in training new staff or students, and uphold the high-quality standards of the lab.
  • Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.
Educational Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certification Requirements
  • Board certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
  • Commit to maintaining your certification throughout your tenure with us.

  • Possess independent judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-paced or challenging situations.
