The engineer must be capable of independently identifying technical facts, analyzing evidence, and communicating objective conclusions to both engineering and executive audiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong embedded software expertise with hardware debugging capabilities and possesses a relentless commitment to evidence-based problem solving.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering, controls engineering, or a related field.

  • Embedded C/C++
  • Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Microcontroller architecture
  • Interrupt-driven systems
  • CAN and J1939 communications and diagnostics
  • Bootloader technologies
